Join us at OUTLAND on Thursday, December 6th from 5-7pm for a festive vermouth holiday workshop, featuring MOMMENPOP vermouths by Sam Sheehan of POE wines, her husband, designer Michael McDermott and Chef Mike Emanuel.
We’ll explore a brief history of vermouth, enjoy a comparative tasting of the classics + other local producers, and break out the cocktail shakers to create signature holiday beverages with MOMMENPOP’s three flavor-infused vermouths. Chez Panisse alum, Mike Emanuel, will be whipping up rustic amuse bouche to accompany the lineup of apéritif-based cocktails.
